A Calle Ocho institution with roots going back to 1935, restored as a live-music bar at the heart of Little Havana. Come for mojitos and Cuban cocktails, stay for salsa on the back-garden Pineapple stage. It's touristy and it's beloved — locals still pack the front bar on a good night.
